THE WORLD CUP-SCOTLAND AND THE DUBLINER PUB BOSTON

I'll interview Donegal native and owner of The Dubliner pub in Boston. We'll discuss how the World Cup and the famous Scottish Tartan Army put his pub in the international spotlight and made it a story in the world's media.
Then, Joe Byrne of Ernie O'Malley's NYC will join us to talk about commemorating the 150th anniversary of the daring Catalpa rescue, when six Fenian prisoners escaped from Fremantle Prison in Western Australia. O'Malley's will be hosting a special event marking this remarkable chapter in Irish history.
We'll wrap up the program with renowned Irish historian Ruan O'Donnell , who will explain the history of the Catalpa rescue and why it is regarded as one of the greatest prison escapes of all time.
