I’ll be airing stories from our monthly storytelling salon, "Say It Ain’t So", recorded in the Malachy McCourt Room at O’Malley’s in NYC. You’ll hear from Nobel Peace Prize winner Seth Shelden, General Counsel and U.N. Liaison for the International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons, along with Brendan Fay, speaking about the long history of efforts to abolish nuclear weapons in New York City and the world.
I’ll wrap up the show with remarks from Bhairavi Desai, President of the NY Taxi Workers Alliance,endorsing Midori Valdivia, the new Chair of the Taxi and Limousine Commission, at a press conference at LaGuardia Airport.
