North Carolina's Queer Resistance & Queer Asian American Poets
On tonight's show, we hear an important conversation from "Laura Flanders & Friends" with Alex Lafferty (a student & trans activist in Moore County), organizers Serena Sebring, Courtney Patterson (eastern North Carolina organizer with Blueprint NC) and Mab Segrest (writer, organizer & consultant, Blueprint NC) about LGBT community resistance to homophobia and transphobia and from North Carolina's attorney general Josh Stein on the scandal engulfing his gubernatorial election rival Lt. Gov. Mark Robinson.

We then hear renowned Seattle poet Ally Ang and Out-FM's own Pauline Park reading poetry at the Sept. 18 Asian American Literary Festival.About Out-FM
