Hosts Stephen Rohde and Michael Smith then speak with returning guest constitutional lawyer and author Carey Shenkman about how a 100 year old law is used to prosecute investigative journalists and whistleblowers. Attorney Shenkman author of A Century Of Repression: The Espionage Act And Freedom Of The Press highlights Julian Assange's case and several others as notable reminders to what may be setting a dangerous precedent for journalists worldwide.
