Co-hosts Heidi Boghosian and Michael Smith welcome back attorney Katherine Gallagher who will debrief listeners on Palestine v. Biden. Early on, a judge ruled the case can't proceed because it implicates the "Political Question Doctrine." Using this doctrine courts can abstain despite proper jurisdiction. They can also defer to Congress or the Executive Branch because its a political matter.
