PETER LAMBORN WILSON - RIDER AT THE SPIRIT BELL

RIDER AT THE SPIRIT BELL, written by Peter Lamborn Wilson, RIP, of WBAI's Moorish Orthodox Radio Crusade, with music by James Irsay (still heard over our airwaves on Sunday mornings).

A wandering swordsman, searching for the meaning of “chemistry,” teams up with a feudal lord and his son to combat the lord's evil brother.

Originally produced by Charles Potter for WBAI's anthology series of radio drama THE RADIO in 1975, directed by Timothy Jerome, recorded by David Rapkin, music by James Irsay. The cast included Valerie Bunch, Jamie Fields, Ron Foster, Gibby Rand, Howard Ross, Pat Stewart, Randalyn Zinn.
