WBAI-NYC Upcoming Program

David will be joined by Carolyn Warmus (having served 27 years in prison on a murder charge which was headlined in the 1990s as the Fatal Attraction murder case). Carolyn has always maintained her innocence and is now out on parole. With DNA evidence she is striving for a trial that will clear her name. With her on the program are two attorneys, Jeff Deskovic and Dennis Kelly. Deskovic served 15 years in prison before he was cleared via the Innocence Project. Deskovic sued Westchester County with funds received and later went to college and law school. He is now centered on giving legal support for people like Carolyn that are trying to clear their names.
