LANDLORDS SUING THE RGB, BECAUSE OF COURSE THEY ARE

A group of landlords has filed suit against the New York City Rent Guidelines Board, claiming that Mayor Zohran Mamdani's campaign pledge to freeze rents drove the Board's recent decision to do just that. Vajra Kilgour will host a conversation with Robert Desir, a staff attorney at the Legal Aid Society, and Je, Met Council's hotline coordinator and workshop organizer.
