Co-host Heidi Boghosian previews the forthcoming book, Guilty of Genocide. It examines--through testimony, art, and legal analysis--populations subjected to mass extermination, historically and in the present day. Our guest, author and activist Matt Meyer, is one of the book's co-editors. He'll also discuss the Spirit of Mandela International Tribunal of 2021.

Twenty years ago, privacy activist Bill Brown sounded the alarm to Law and Disorder listeners about the mass installation of high-definition surveillance cameras across New York City. Bill was among a handful of activists bringing awareness to the inception of the city's panopticon. We'll revisit those interviews in the context of how rapidly surveillance technology has advanced.
