On the April 2, 2026 episode of City Watch on WBAI 99.5 FM NY, host Jeff Simmons talks with Justin Harrison, Senior Policy Counsel at the New York Civil Liberties Union, about a new bill passed by the New York City Council that would allow the NYPD to develop protocols for  “buffer zones” established outside houses of worship during protests.
