Criminal defense attorney Xavier de Janon represents one of the defendants and he brings us recent details about the FBI records the government didn’t share, and what it means for the right to dissent. 

We then look at the attacks on the black community through the heart and soul of Professor Kim Nester Williams. She is Professor of English and Black and Ethnic Studies at Sonoma State University. In this interview "Professor Kim" mounts a compassionate defense of diversity, equity and inclusion as a force of nature that Trump cannot erase.
