LAW AND DISORDER SEPTEMBER 8, 2025

Co-hosts Heidi Boghosian and Stephen Rohde devote the hour to a recent publication by two of our co-hosts Michael Smith and Jim Lafferty. The book is titled From The Flag To The Cross: Fascism American Style. 

This anthology is a wide ranging collection of seven essays exploring the rise of fascism in America. The book draws from key interviews with prominent socialist thinkers in the United States and Canada. They include Margaret Kimberly, Henry Giroux, Dianne Feeley and Bill Mullen. Bill will also be joining Michael and Jim in the guest seat, he's Professor Emeritus of American Studies at Purdue University and author of We Charge Genocide! American Fascism and the Rule of Law.
