In violation of the first, fifth, sixth amendments to the Bill of Rights President Donald Trump has attempted to force major US law firms into providing free representation for his pet projects.
Attorney John Burton joins co-host Michael Smith to speak about President Trump‘s threats, which have met with only mixed success. Some of the major firms have capitulated others not. For judges and a lot of America’s lawyers, they're standing firm against him.
Co-host Michael Smith then speaks with journalist and author Russ Bellant on the Trump Administration's executive order Strengthening and Unleashing America's Law Enforcement to Pursue Criminals and Protect Innocent Citizens. It strengthens police departments, providing weapons and military grade equipment. It also protects departments against litigation.
