On tonight’s show, we’ll be joined by by filmmaker Catherine Gund and formerly incarcerated artist/rapper Mary Enoch Elizabeth Baxter to discuss Gund’s film Paint Me A Road Out of Here about art, incarcerated women and gender-expansive people, and the whitewashed history of an incarcerated painting by the late artist/activist Faith Ringgold, and the painting’s 50-year journey to liberation from Riker’s Island to the Brooklyn Museum.
