This film explores the long-term effects of the EPA's false claims that the air in lower Manhattan was safe after 9/11. It reveals the devastating health consequences for first responders and thousands of civilians, including 19,000 school children.

Airs Sunday, 9/8, from 1-3 PM.
Rebroadcast on 9/11, from 9-11 AM.

The program will include excerpts from the film and a discussion with a panel of women, including:

  • Retired FDNY Captain Brenda Berkman
  • Firefighter Regina Wilson, President of the Vulcan Society
  • Retired FDNY EMT Marianne Pizzitola
  • Filmmaker Bridget Gormley
  • Lila Nordstrom, author of "Some Kids Left Behind" and former student at Stuyvesant High School, near Ground Zero.
