LAW AND DISORDER JULY 29, 2024

Co-hosts, attorneys Heidi Boghosian and Michael Smith talk with Ralph Nader about his recent article titled Stop the Worsening Undercount of Palestinian Casualties in Gaza. The unimaginable destruction and daily increasing death toll in Gaza has left millions of Palestinians without food, water, medicine and exposed to infectious disease. Ralph Nader enumerates stark detail from his article. His two recent books are Tools for Displacing the Corporate State and Building a Country that Works for the People and Out of Darkness: Essays On Corporate Power and Civic Resistance.

Constitutional scholar and co-host Stephen Rohde is then joined by Professor David Myers to discuss the extent of the humanitarian crisis in Gaza and outlines the path to a permanent ceasefire. Professor David Myers is Distinguished Professor of History at UCLA and holds the Sady and Ludwig Kahn Chair in Jewish History. He serves as the director of the UCLA Luskin Center for History and Policy and he also directs the UCLA Initiative to Study Hate.
