Normalcy, Never Again, was actually the title of Dr. King’s commonly known I Have A Dream speech rendered at the March on Washington. We chose this focus to center our coverage within the context of Dr. King’s vision for America given the events of the past week, and that the holiday and inauguration are the same week

The program will offer analysis of the Biden/Harris cabinet, policies, and their respective political records. It will engage activists on the questions of what a People’s mandate looks like, what is required of this administration to make the people whole, and how a return to political “normalcy” cannot bring about the bold change so sorely needed in our country. Finally, it will take Pacifica listeners to the resistance in the streets, as well as engage callers on their vision of how to transform America.
