The program features guests, music, meditation and conversation, with a focus on consciousness, spiritual activism and conflict resolution. Discussions are based on an understanding of energetic cosmology, human nature and an historical perspective.

Kathryn Davis has been co-host and producer of Health Action since 1995 and producer of Heart Of Mind since 2000.

Kathryn is a Meditation and Movement teacher, Spiritual Doula and Vibrational Healer. She is certified as a Qigong teacher and in Qigong healing techniques by OCOM, the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine, and is certified in Reiki Energy Healing as well as the Sandlin Technique, an Indigenous Energy Healing practice based on Vision Quest and Shamanic Insight.
