The NYC Rent Guidelines Board, in an unprecedented move, adjusted its proposed rent guideline for rent stabilized tenants. Scott Sommer talked about what happened. Veteran investigative reporter Greg B. Smith joined Scott in remembrances of our friend and comrade Tom Robbins, exemplary New York journalist and WBAI producer/host.
