TENANT SEXUALLY HARASSED, LANDLORD SEEKS EVICTION

A West Side tenant who alleged sexual harassment by building employees is now at risk of eviction. Scott Sommer and Saba Amare hosted a discussion about that and the chaotic situation at the building.

• The Met Council on Housing Gala is happening Thursday, December 11, 6:30 - 8:30 pm, at the Manny Cantor Center, 197 E Broadway in Manhattan - to register, go to the Met Council calendar.

• Heat and hot water: from 6am to 10pm, when the outside temperature is below 55 degrees the inside temperature must be 68 degrees; from 10pm to 6am, the inside temperature must be at least 62 degrees. Hot water must be 120 degrees at the tap at all times. For more information, click here.
