Rent Guidelines Board - Public hearings with public testimony will be: June 17, 5–8 pm, Symphony Space, 2537 Broadway @ 95th Street in Manhattan; June 27, 10 am–12 noon, NYC Department of Health,125 Worth St, 2nd Floor Auditorium, Manhattan. Final vote: June 30, 7 pm (doors will open at 6 pm), El Museo del Barrio, 1230 5th Ave at 104th St, Manhattan.
