Synopsis:

In this week’s segment we discuss US policy towards Israel and Palestine, how it effects African states, the global majority, and domestic politics. But first we hear about the history of that region as it pertains to the US, and the international implications of US actions.

Dr. Gerald Horne is an author and historian who currently holds the John J. and Rebecca Moores Chair of History and African American Studies at the University of Houston. His most recent book is Revolting Capital: Racism & Radicalism in Washington, D.C. He joins us from Houston to discuss US and Israeli war crimes in Gaza, and the international movement fighting against them.

Abayomi Azikiwe is the editor of Pan-African News Wire, an international electronic press service, the only daily international news source on pan-African and global affairs.
