    THE DUSTBIN OF HISTORY, heard Tuesday overnight April 18 into 19, from 1 to 3 am on WBAI-NY 99.5 FM, features the return of NIGHTFALL, another KPFA horror show from THE BLACK MASS, and another lost, never-before rebroadcast episode of JEAN SHEPHERD from Dec 30, 1971 “Greenwich Village.”


    THE BLACK MASS from KPFA, Berkeley on June 12, 1963 "The Diary Of A Madman" by Nikolai Gogol. The story was repeated December 16, 1964. Adapted, produced by and featuring Eric Bauersfeld, with Pat Franklyn and Bernard Mayes, sewries created by Jack Nessel.


    NIGHTFALL from the CBC on March 26, 1982 #56 “The Old Post Road." A haunted highway? An interesting story of time manipulation, and one told in two tenses.
