We talked about the referendum on the bylaws initiated by people who want to hijack Pacifica. It failed, but only a majority of Staff voting against the hijacking stopped it.

We talked about Dr. Michelle Fiscus who was the medical director for vaccine~preventable diseases and immunization programs at the Tennessee Department of Health. She was fired this past week for telling people what the law was in Tennessee! She's been trying to get teenagers vaccinated.

We talked about the weather disasters around the world, and wondered if the right~wing jerks in the western United States finally get it that climate change is real and is happening?
