- The threat to Pacifica posed by New Day Pacifica, which is composed of many of the people who were a part of the group responsible for the "coup" in October 2019 which took the station off the air. Many of these people were also responsible for - laws would cut out much of local control of the station.
- Possible partnership with Manhattan Neighborhood Network. -
- Problems with programming decisions by management. Many programs were eliminated or cut. -
- Controversy over Gary Null's threat to leave the station. -
