Synopsis: On the 50 year anniversary of the massacre of students at Kent State and Jackson State Universities, Sunsara Taylor will talk with two veteran revolutionaries about their experience on the ground at that time. Lenny Wolf was a radical student leading protests against the Vietnam War and organizing support for the Black Panther Party. Hank Brown became radicalized through the Civil Rights Movement and then the Black Liberation Movement down in Alabama and Georgia. Both continued down the road of fighting for radical change, become revolutionary communists taking up the new communism forged by Bob Avakian. In this episode, they share what it felt like to live through those times and reflect on the lessons of those times for today.
