Councilmember Helen Rosenthal will discuss some progressive priorities for her and the Progressive Caucus. Sharon Duke, Executive Director & CEO of The Alliance for Positive Change, will discuss how New York City and State are faring in the ongoing battle against HIV and AIDS.
