More than three dozen representatives of human rights organizations asked the United Nations Special Rapporteur on Torture to investigate the use of solitary confinement in New York State prisons.  WBAI’s Andrea Sears spoke with Elena Landriscina, a legal fellow at the New York Civil Liberties Union.
