Dozens of New York City public school parents have filed a lawsuit against Governor Cuomo and his Education Commissioner for holding up a quarter of a billion dollars in state funding for city schools.  WBAI's Jose Santiago spoke with Jim Pirozzolo, a parent and president of Community Education Council 31.
