New York City Housing Authority tenants, one of the groups hardest hit by Hurricane Sandy, were at City Hall today.  They were there to give testimony at the City Council hearings with NYCHA management over Hurricane Sandy response and failures.  WBAI’s Rebecca Myles has been following this story and files this report
