Before Governor Cuomo delivers his State of the State address on Wednesday, the people rally in Albany for the People’s State of State address.
The rally’s point is to let lawmakers know what problems the people would like solved in the upcoming legislative session. At the rally on Tuesday will be representatives from groups such as the Hunger Action Network, Fiscal Policy Institute, Reform Jewish Voice, Physicians for a National Health Program and Interfaith Impact.
