The New York Department of Environmental Protection quietly issued a variance for the Army Corps of Engineers to burn Hurricane Sandy debris in a Brooklyn Park in open burners.  Environmental and public health groups say it will create air pollution.  WBAI's Rebecca Myles spoke to Laura Haight, Senior Environmental Associate with New York Public Interest Research Group
