On Monday in federal court in Manhattan the son of police shooting victim Kenneth Chamberlain Senior filed a twenty one million dollar civil rights claim against the city of White Plains. WBAI's Andrea Sears speaks with Randolph McLaughlin, the attorney for the Chamberlain family, who says the lawsuit lays out several causes of action, and asks for a wide range of remedies.
