New York City trying to do restoration on the cheap, especially in the Rockaways

The Bloomberg Administration says it plans to use concrete to repair the Rockaway boardwalk, which was devastated in Storm Sandy.  Park advocates say this is the latest in short cuts the City has taken to avoid proper restoration and preservation in certain parts of the City, restoration that might have led to less devastation during the storm.  WBAI's Jose Santiago spoke to Jeffrey Croft, President of New York City Park Advocates
