New York City pot busts don't improve public safety according to new report

Despite strong efforts for reform on the local and state level, and even from the top brass at the NYPD, New York City remains the marijuana arrest capital of the world.  But a new study by Human Right’s Watch says that arresting people for marijuana possession does not improve public safety.  WBAI's Andrea Sears spoke with Gabriel Sayegh, New York State director for the Drug Policy Alliance, who says that report confirms what many people already knew.
