THE UNCRITIC REVIEWS: The Chapel of Sacred Mirrors
- WAPPINGER FALLS, NY 12/26/2012 by Jim Krivo, The Uncritic (WBAI)

The Chapel of Sacred Mirrors or COSM is located in the Hudson Valley, Wappingers Falls, and New York and was founded by Alex and Allyson Grey. Alex Grey, as you may know,  is an American artist specializing in spiritual and psychedelic art (or visionary art) that is sometimes associated with the New Age movement. He is a member of the Integral Institute. He is also on the board of advisers for the Center for Cognitive Liberty and Ethics, and is the Chair of Wisdom University's Sacred Art Department.

The Chapel is located on a pristine estate with woods and beautiful trees, trails, and newly refurbished buildings in which art can be viewed, as well as events and classes enjoyed on a regular basis.  Our uncritical, critic, Jim Krivo visited there and spoke with Alex and Allyson. Listen to the interview below.

This is an amazing and beautiful place to experience. If you come for Art Church, bring your art supplies. If you come for a full moon festival, be prepared to dance.

You can all go to COSM by car or by train, a hours train ride, taking the Metro North to New Hamburg or else driving directly to Wappinger Falls. You can visit their web site by clicking the READ MORE link, to learn about their varied celebrations and events.
