A new report says the New York City Police Department’s Stop and Frisk practices routinely violate the rights of people in the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer communities.  WBAI’s Jose Santiago discussed the reports findings with Karina Claudio Betancourt, lead organizer with Make the Road.
