The new president is likely to appoint at least one and possibly as many three new justices to the U.S. Supreme Court.  A move that will have lasting impact on legal policy beyond their term of office.  WBAI's Andrea Sears spoke to Caroline Fredrickson, president of the American Constitution Society.
