The NRC is holding hearings in Tarrytown, New York that will help them to determine whether to reissue licenses to Entergy to operate Indian Point Nuclear Power Plant.  The plant is situated in a New York suburb where 17 million people live within a 50 mile radius.  WBAI's Rebecca Myles spoke to Paul Gallay, President and Hudson Riverkeeper
