In Elizabeth, New Jersey today, dozens of workers picketed outside the Plaza Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, whose nursing home houses senior citizens no longer able to live alone.

The workers are new members of Local 1199 SEIU, which has been attempting to negotiate a new contract with the nursing home.
