New York University administrators are planning to expand its campus by two million square feet when they build four high-rises on two university-owned blocks in Greenwich Village. The towers would be anywhere from 162 feet to 300 feet.
But in an unusual twist of NIMBY - Not in my back yard - New York University's own faculty members have voted down the expansion plans.
