Monday night a federal judge issued an emergency order allowing the indefinite detention provisions of the National Defense Authorization Act to be in effect until the injunction blocking it can be reviewed by the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.  WBAI's Andrea Sears spoke with Carl Mayer, an attorney for the plaintiffs in the lawsuit against the NDAA.
