The New Jersey chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union filed a lawsuit against the New Jersey State Police today, accusing the agency of failing to comply with state law governing the release of public documents.  WBAI’s Jose Santiago spoke withJanie Byalic of the law firm Pashman-Stein, a cooperating attorney with the ACLU on the case.
