The Documenting Hate Project by ProPublica working with newsrooms across the country has identified hate crimes throughout the U.S.

Discrimination is associated with violent neo-nazis, road rage, and anti-semitic vandalism. They've also identified hundreds of hate crimes where Donald Trump's name was mentioned.

Nobody knows how many hate crimes and bias incidents take place each year in America but ProPublica's ongoing project is tracking them and you can help by going here.
