Attorneys General Brian Frosh and Karl Racine
—The Attorneys General of Maryland and the District of Columbia filed a lawsuit in Federal Court against Donald Trump which alleges that Trump is flagrantly violating the emoluments clauses of the Constitution. It explicitly bars presidents from receiving gifts or inducments from foreign or domestic entities. They are seeking full disclosure of Trump’s financial information including his tax returns. Procedurally Trump has 60 days to respond to the complaint.

—Jeff Sessions will testify before the Senate Intelligence Committee on Tuesday in an open session. He'll face fresh questions about his role in firing former FBI Director James Comey.
