—Lack of coordination between NYC agencies comes to light at a Public Safety Committee hearing at the City Council. Brooklyn DA Ken Thompson knew nothing about changes in Manhattan policies regarding low level offenses, which began yesterday, until he read about it in the news—The U.S. Attorney's office fails to indict Police Officer Richard Haste in the murder of Ramarley Graham in the Bronx. The Justice Committee, which was at the meeting with the Graham family at Preet Bharara's office today, says NYPD Commissioner Bratton was not asked to delay moving forward with bringing departmental charges against Haste or any of the additional officers responsible for Grahams death. —And on International Womens Day a woman’s access to abortion clinics is in focus.
