In Miami, Florida, an appeals lawyer for one of the Cuban Five filed an affidavit this week accusing the U.S. government-run Radio and TV Marti of secretly paying local journalists to influence the jury that convicted the Cuban Five in 2001.  WBAI's Jose Santiago reports.
