On the presidential campaign trail all the talk today was about Vice President Joseph Biden’s comments yesterday in which he said Mitt Romney’s desire to repeal newly enacted banking regulations would put the middle class “back in chains.”  Romney quickly responded saying the comments were a disgrace to the office of the presidency.  He accused President Obama of waging a campaign of division, anger and hate.
