In May Federal Judge Katherine Forest issued an injunction blocking enforcement of section 1021 of the National Defense Authorization Act, or NDAA.  Last week lawyers for the Obama administration filed an appeal of that ruling, and returned to Judge Forest’s courtroom to argue against making her injunction permanent.  WBAI's Andrea Sears spoke with Tangerine Bolen, executive director of Revolution Truth and one of the plaintiffs in the suit challenging that provision of the law.
