Freelance photographer Robert Stolariks was arrested Saturday night in the Bronx while taking pictures of the arrest of a teenager. WBAI's Andrea Sears speaks with Delphine Hagland, Washington, DC director of Reporters Without Borders, who says arrests of journalists has become increasingly common in the United States.
