Members of District 37 and New York Traffic Employees Local 1455 will speak out at City Hall on Monday against the Bloomberg Administration's plan to privatize the City parking system.  WBAI's Rebecca Myles spoke to Michael DeMarco is the president of New York Traffic Employees Local 1455.
